Cher has a deep love for the chemistry behind color and thrives on the challenges of corrective work, blending technical expertise with creativity. As a Kerastase Care Coach, she works closely with the luxury line, teaching clients how to properly care for their color. Cher has extensive training with Goldwell, Wella, L’Oreal, Schwarzkpoft, Pulp Riot and Davines, and continues to inspire both her clients and fellow artists through her dedication to the craft.

Started from the bottom, now he’s here! Wayne was born and raised in Vietnam, moving to Vancouver at the age of 13. He had a passion for beauty from a young age and at the age of 17 began his journey as a talented hairstylist. Wayne has been glamorizing the hair industry for the past 8 years, working exclusive events like Vancouver Fashion Week as well as his day to day work behind the chair. Leah Bosa is a stylist born and raised in Vancouver, BC. She graduated in 2009 from the Vancouver Technical hairdressing program and has been honing her craft ever since. Leah has over 11 years of experience in hairstyling, cutting and colour. She specializes in lived in balayage, highlights and gray blending. She has an eye for detail and is highly receptive to giving clients exactly what they want. Leah is constantly updating her training and loves keeping up with current trends and styles in hair.

Meiko is a young, passionate color specialist who has been in the hair fashion industry since the age of 18. She's trained and certified in multiple colouring systems and is specialized in balayage, creative colour, colour correction. She has a great hair sense and is always up to date on trends in North America and Asia, always giving her 100% to her clients by creating the dream hair that they envisioned when sitting down in her chair.

Since grade 2, Dorothy was already introduced to the world of hair dressing; groomed and trained by her aunt. In grade 12, Dorothy enrolled in the Ace-it program for hair dressing and then took her advanced training right after at Suki’s Academy. The smile and glow people experience after getting a complete transformation and makeover is what drives Dorothy to perfect and master her craft. While still young, she hopes that one day her name would be mentioned alongside with the greats.

Courtney Strömquist, lively and creative,  first broke into the hair industry in 2017 when she let her search for work in a hands-on and artistic field, lead her to the craft of barbering. She first worked at Plan B Headquarters in downtown Kelowna, where she gained knowledge and skill from the barbers amongst her. After two years of working in the industry, immersed in all things hair, she was inspired to expand her horizons. Moving to Vancouver, to study Hair Art Design at John Casablanca Institute, where she was introduced to the world of color and a vast number of new techniques. She now finds herself at Salon Haze, working and learning amongst some of Vancouver's most talented stylists, eager to join them in the ranks. Courtney believes that good hair doesn’t have to be "just hair" but a tool that can help express individuality as well as make you look and feel your best

Cassie is a cat, coffee, and matcha-loving hair stylist who studied at John Casablanca Institute before beginning her career and continuing to hone her skills at Salon Haze. She loves doing hair colour and cut transformations and watching her clients’ face light up at the end is the best part of the job. Katie started her hair journey in 2020, and what started as an interest quickly turned into a life-long passion. She found her happy place behind the chair, where she executes precision haircuts, seamless balayages, and dimensional highlights. Katie’s committed to providing a welcoming, customized experience where every client feels heard and cared for.

Hair has been part of Jasmine's story since before it was her career. Her mom was a hairstylist, and Jasmine started experimenting with cuts and colour in her early teens. In 2017, she turned that lifelong curiosity into a profession, training at the Aveda Institute — and she's stayed a student of the craft ever since, always learning new techniques to bring back to the chair.

Jasmine doesn't see hair as a superficial feature of appearance — it can define or signify a time or change in your life. Her chair is a place to be honest about what you love, what you want to change, and what you're ready to become. She's ready to meet all of you with warmth and excitement.

JC, a Filipino-Japanese stylist who was born in Japan, raised in the Philippines. His passion for hairstyling began long before he ever picked up a pair of shears. He loved the feeling of getting his own hair done, walking out more confident and refreshed, and he wanted to give that same energy to others. That spark eventually grew into the career he now loves. As a hairstylist, JC is dedicated to learning, evolving, and exploring new techniques. Whether he’s working with color, cuts, or transformations, he enjoys trying new things and putting his full creativity into every look. Outside of the salon, JC loves dancing, singing, and working out. These passions fuel his creativity and keep his spirit active and inspired. Grace began her hair journey in 2024 after completing two years of post-secondary studies in psychology. Unsure of which direction to pursue, she sought a path that would allow her creativity to flourish. Enrolling in the full-time Hair Styling Program at Blanche MacDonald on a whim became a defining moment, revealing her passion and purpose within the world of hairdressing.

Known for her calm and steady presence behind the chair, Grace creates a welcoming, comfortable environment for every client. She is dedicated to continuous learning and is always eager to expand her skills while providing thoughtful, attentive service.

Meet Mar! My passion for hair began by studying Guy Tang's color transformation videos, which sparked a deep fascination with the artistry and technique behind professional color work. That early interest evolved into my skills developed through consistent practice on myself, which transitioned to assisting my cousin with her clients. Since attending and graduating from VCC college, I’m looking forward to create transformative looks that combine technical expertise with a genuine understanding of each client's individual style. My approach is rooted in continuous learning and attention to detail, so every service reflects both artistry and precision.
